Ok so i have had a bit of time on my hands as i ve said so i decided to post these pics on the web, i ve been sharing with my friends from the wed night group, the dice chukers. (private joke). over the last few years we have been meeting regularly to play warhammer FB. The venue has changed a few times and the regular s as well. But the one thing that stays is the good since of humor that we all have. Like the night 1 of us spent ages finishing his army list the one with all the cool stuf in it to only remember in turn 3 that he never put down his stegosaurus, under normal game rules he would be told sorry u got to play away with what u already got on the table. In the wed night crew we are not like that............. After two hrs rolling around on the floor laughing at him we then said no. It was over one of these night of friendly banter and game play that my good friend interduced me to hero quest from the warhammer range. (out of production now) and it re kindled my old dungeon and dragons crazy. years ago i use to play and instead of just reading out the story line we made a dungeon out of Lego .Along came warhammer fb and good banter and story lines to arm's, characters, etc.While going over the rules i found how similar they were. So as we have a good crew of about 10 player all adults tho you d wonder sometimes we all get together regular for fb,40k mordhime, board games, card games, model painting session. AND ever now and again a huge 100k fb. played over 3 days i though to make a dungeon that we all could play on. Seen as with all the models we had between us there would be no way we would run out of orc s gobling or skels. And beside one of the reasons i like fb is the chance to make all the coo stuf that makes up the battle field. instead of a cardboard box as a castle or round tower why not model and make one. so and hence it has lead me to making this huge dungeon. if in later post you notice me rabbiting on a bit let me know so i can edit. So stay tuned and i ll up load some more.

I have changed my mind on how the dungeon page is going to be layed out so if you have view before the only change is the new posts will now appear on the top so you dont have to scroll down all the way.
second part of map hidden from players by a large sheet, this was also done for the dungeon and depending on where they went then and only then was the paper removed so they could see another section of the map.

You might ask why i have done the wall section like
this all will become clear as i make door sections and the like
this throne was made from bits and pieces left
over from other projects
If you rember the room from ealyer and i said l to look in the botom right of the room to see one of the tiels with gold on it well here they are painted
As your hero walk s along the passage way he / she will incounter differen things from soilders of the dead, orks , dark elfs and even the odd mad dwarf. he has at all times to be on the liik out for things or items that may aid him on his quest.
but he also has to be carefull not to triger traps
Not all leavers open traps some reveal hiden rooms full of gold and special wepons
Some rooms might look empty , and ur there saying you have carried that dame key around in 1 of your bag slots for notting when you could have put a amulet of protection in there instead. But dont take anything for granted.
Look around lok for hiden leavers, hidden gold etc
And rember it is a game and meant to be fun so have loads of these not all will lead to treasure, have some leading to a horde of undead,lol but it s the attation to deatail that makes it fun. i rember playing this year ago just on the kitchen table with card board cut outs and it was class then and now it gets even better with a 3d element to the dungeon.
And always be carefull entering a new room, send the stumpy dwarf player first lol no one like s him anyway lol
